This is a three day tour to Jerusalem from Amman or other points in Jordan visiting the main Muslim sites of this special city and its surrounding areas. It starts and ends in Amman or elsewhere in Jordan. It includes Al-Aqsa Mosque, Haram Al Sharif, Dome of the Rock and the Wailing Wall, as well as nearby sites including Bethlehem, Hebron (al Khalil) and Nebi Mousa. This program includes three days of sightseeing, two overnights and transfers.
Day 1 – Amman, Bridge, Mount of Olives, Al-Aqsa and Haram Al-Sharif
Pick up from your door in Amman and transfer to King Hussein / Allenby Bridge Israeli Terminal.
Drive to the Mount of Olives for a wonderful view of Jerusalem.
See Suleiman Al-Farsi and Rabah Al-Adawi.
Visit Haram Al-Sharif and pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque and Dome of Rock.
Continue to Mount Zion and see the Tomb of Nebi Daoud.
Overnight in Jerusalem.
Day 02: Bethlehem, Burak Suleiman, Al-Khadr, Khalil Al-Rahman (Hebron)
Depart from your hotel to Bethlehem, crossing into the West Bank and stopping at the Separation Wall.
Then on to Bethlehem to see the birth place of Nebi Issa and pray in the Masjid Omar.
Continue to Burak Suleiman (the Pools of Solomon) and then to Al-Khadr.
Finish the day visiting Khalil Al-Rahman (Hebron) to pray at the Mosque where Ibrahim and his family are buried, as well as viewing the Oak of Mamre.
Overnight Jerusalem.
Day 03: Jericho, Qumran, Bridge and Amman
Start the day driving through the New City of Jerusalem and visit the various landmarks.
Visit Nebi Mousa in the desert then onto Jericho, the oldest city in the world, and Hisham's Palace.
Stop at Qumran where the Dead Sea scrolls were found.
Return to Allenby/ King Hussein Bridge and on to Amman for drop off.
