Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given as follows:
 
Days of Notice & Case % of Fare (Percentage to be charged)
Before 21 Days of Notice 0 % of the total amount to be charged
15 to 20 Days of Notice 15 % of the total amount to be charged
08 to 14 Days of Notice 25 % of the total amount to be charged
04 to 07 Days of Notice 50 % of the total amount to be charged
01 to 03 Days of Notice 75 % of the total amount to be charged
Within the day of arrival /"0" day 90 % of the total amount to be charged
In case of "No Show" 100 % of the total amount to be charged
Natural or Human Disaster Please contact us to report the case *
Being sick, broken , health problems ...etc Please contact us to report the case *
Other cases not mentioned above Please contact us to report the case *

 

In case of a travel warning to Jordan you can cancel the tour last minute. The money will be refunded to you in full, except additional bank charges or credit card charges are not covered by us. In case you decide to cancel the tour due to conflicts in neighboring countries, this is possible until 07 days before tour start. We will charge an administrative fee of 25 USD for day tours and 100 USD for overnight tours, the remainder will be refunded. Otherwise the above cancellation fees apply.
