Ahlan wa Sahlan - Welcome to Jordan.
Hi, I’m Abdullah Nawafleh, a private tour guide and I would like to personally welcome you to Jordan. Wherever you go in Jordan you will hear Ahlan wa Sahlan - Welcome to Jordan. Jordanians are famous for their hospitality and nothing gives them greater pleasure or makes them prouder than being able to welcome you to their country and ensure you have a great time. An invitation for a cup of tea to someone’s house is an opportunity to experience firsthand this hospitality and leave with new friendship formed.
Come and delight in the wonders that Jordan has to offer; from being surrounded with stunning natural beauty to exploring ancient ruins steeped with history, taste dishes that will leave you salivating, and experience a culture built on centuries of traditions. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
A holiday in Jordan can see you visiting the ancient city of Petra built centuries ago by the Nabatean people. Marvel at their engineering skills at how they created decorated tombs and monuments chiseled into the colorful sandstone cliffs. Jordan is home to the ruins of Jerash, one of the most fantastic examples of a Roman city you can find anywhere. Walking around the ruins can easily transport you back 2000 years and imagine what life would have been like. A taste of crusader history can be found at Karak or Shawbak Castles. Other ancient and historical sites in Jordan include the Eastern Desert Castles, Um Quais, Um Ar Rasas, Aljoun Castle and among others.
Amman is a vibrant and exciting capital city which whilst offering all the services and facilities that you would except to find in the nation’s capital, it has not forgotten it’s past. The citadel provides stunning views over Amman and a journey through the history of the civilizations that have called this region home over the millennia.
A trip to Jordan would not be complete without spending time at one of the beautiful wilderness areas. From the breathtaking and expansive desert and monolithic outcrops of Wadi Rum, to the forests of the North, the wetlands of the Az Zarqa, and stunning landscape of Dana Biosphere Reserve. Getting off the beaten track is easy to do with many hiking opportunities offered.
Floating in the Dead Sea at the lowest place below sea level is an opportunity to tick a item off the bucket list, and swimming in the Red Sea offers fantastic scuba diving.
I am experienced in being able to offer all kinds of tours in Jordan including:
Aqaba Port Shore Excursions,
Specialised Petra Trail Tours
Tours all over Jordan, and
Jerusalem and Bethlehem Tour Extensions.
I look forward to being able to share with you this beautiful country and provide you with a holiday you will never forget.
اتمنى لك يوما سعيدا ('a'atamanna lak yawmaan saeidaan)
I hope you have a good day
Abdullah Nawafleh
